Specific warranty details are provided in writing at the time of service. The information below represents our general approach โ€” your written service documentation is the authoritative source.

Labor Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. If a repair we performed fails due to our workmanship within the warranty period, we will correct it at no additional labor charge.

  • Warranty period specified on your written invoice
  • Covers workmanship defects โ€” not subsequent damage or abuse
  • Labor warranty is between you and RV & Trailer Services, LLC

Parts Warranty

Parts and components we supply are covered by their manufacturer's warranty. We'll help facilitate warranty claims on parts that fail within the manufacturer's warranty period.

  • Parts warranties vary by manufacturer and component type
  • We retain purchase records and can provide documentation
  • Customer-supplied parts are installed at customer's risk

What's Not Covered

Our warranty covers defects in our workmanship โ€” it does not cover subsequent damage, misuse, or conditions unrelated to the original repair.

  • Damage caused by accidents, abuse, or neglect after repair
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by pre-existing conditions in adjacent systems
  • Customer-supplied or customer-specified parts or materials
